Mr. Zhao from Jiangsu Province (using a pseudonym at the request of the owner) purchased a Changan dark blue SL03 515 pure electric model on September 27 this year. On the way home the next day, Mr. Zhao found that the facial recognition camera above the steering wheel continued to emit cricket-like current noise, and then Mr. Zhao communicated with the after-sales staff on this issue.

After driving the car to the 4S shop, the maintenance staff in the shop replaced the facial recognition camera for Mr. Zhao’s vehicle. After the car was repaired, Mr. Zhao drove the car home, never expecting the current noise from the facial recognition camera to appear again. In the end, they didn’t fix the car."

Mr. Chen, who had not solved the problem, complained to the manufacturer’s customer service, and was then told that he could go to the 4S store for processing. "After I went to the 4S store again, they changed the camera on the steering wheel for me. Who knew there was still a sound after changing it. They followed the sound and found that it was the sound from the overhead camera, but because there were no replaceable accessories, they didn’t change it," Mr. Chen said.

After the gesture recognition camera arrived at the store, Mr. Chen went to the 4S store for maintenance for the third time. Although there was no noise after the two cameras were replaced, the current sound in the car still existed. According to Mr. Chen’s description, the sound was roughly from the rear of the central control screen. If you want to solve the problem, you need to replace the central control screen. Mr. Kang, from Henan province, bought the 1200 range-extended version of the Changan Deep Blue SL03. After the replacement, the position of the gesture recognition camera is no longer noisy, and the sound of the facial recognition camera position still exists. In desperation, Mr. Kang can only ask the after-sales staff to unplug the interface of the camera first.

"After changing everything, there was still a sound in the car. Mr. Kang told this website that the 4S store contacted it on the morning of November 16, saying that the manufacturer believed that the problem was the host and would replace Mr. Kang with a new host. But due to the pandemic, it will take some time to ship.
